Complete the details below and when submitted this represents your request to become a member of Cross Country Vehicle Club Wellington Inc

Joining Requirements:

• Complete one (1) trip from the "Touring" or "Family Shiny" trip categories with the club 
• Complete the fields that appear below and submit the completed form to the club for processing 
• Pay the invoice that will be sent for club and New Zealand Four Wheel Drive Association annual subscriptions (pro rated during the year) plus any fees.

Complete the available fields that will appear below:

• If you have already participated in a "Touring " or " Family Shiny" trip with the club, the contact details you provided at that time will be pre populated below. Please make any changes required and complete the additional fields before submitting the Membership Application.
• If you have not already completed the required pre joining trip, you will need to complete ALL fields.

Submit the completed details to the club for processing.

Important:

Submission of this form DOES NOT automatically grant you membership of the club. It simply represents your request to become a member.

Membership will only be conferred once you have:

• Completed the pre joining club trip,
• Paid all subscriptions and fees
• Had your membership application approved by the Club Committee.
