A backroads wander in the Wairarapa using sealed and unsealed public roads. We aim to visit Bideford, Ihuraua, Eketahuna and Pahiatua . We are hoping to find backroads you've never been on so it'll be a bit of an exploration. The trip will end just outside Pahiatua, giving you the option of returning straight down SH2 or following us over the Pahiatuia Track, down to the Kapiti coast via Shannon and then SH1 home. For anyone interested, we intend having an informal fish/burger and chips take away at Paraparaumu Beach, eaten at the Rabbits' house by the beach to end the day.
